I am a mother of four children. And let me just tell you…I am becoming more and more frustrated with the changes I hear and read is taking place with our current Health Care.  I have something to say about this, because I grew up in Canada and currently am in my home town visiting while staying out here for the summer.  I can’t get over the reality of what I am hearing about how AWFUL the health care is out here!  What are we thinking?   My own family is choosing to pay their way into the States to receive better health care than what they have out here!  Oh…but not for long!  Someone I know has been trying to get a doctor’s appt. but can’t.  Why?  Because there are not enough doctor’s out here!  My Grandmother could have died years earlier from cancer, because they were unwilling to treat her properly, and therefore she flew herself into Arizona to get seen by someone who was able to give her the care she needed.  Thankfully, she had the finances to do this…but there are a lot that don’t, and it makes me wonder what we are in for. Oh sure, it might all sound good if you haven’t read the thousand page document for reform!  The truth is, I haven’t either…and I probably should.  But what I do know, is what I myself have experienced and see what my family experiences.  I have read enough to know that we “The People” aren’t doing enough to stop this crazy things from happening.  We are headed downhill fast.
